Troop 166 & 066 do not have dues, however, there is a yearly fee paid to the National level of Scouting America where the annual fee in 2025 is $95 per scout.
Our twice-yearly fundraising sales efforts, car washes in the fall and compost in the spring, subsidize much of our annual summer camp week at Camp Parsons, and families pay just $200 for the week of camp. Monthly outings are typically $30, plus food costs.
Scholarships are available for Scouts. For specific cost and/or scholarship details, please contact one of the assistant Scoutmasters.
Each February there is an annual fund drive for the Chief Seattle Council called, “Friends of Scouting,” which our Troop supports. If we reach our family participation and financial goals in that effort, the Council pays for all the merit badges our Scouts earn for the year.
